At Strapcode, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new watch strap or accessory doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery provided it is in original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all protective films and spring bars, to ensure it is not damaged during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked postal service to send the package back to our designated processing center.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned item, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
